This PureRAW app (“App”) is developed and provided by Anatolii Makaruk (“I”, “me”, “my”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms of Use.
You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only, in accordance with applicable law. It is prohibited to use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.
All rights to the App, including design, code, content, and branding, belong to Anatolii Makaruk or their respective owners. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any parts of the App without my written consent.
You are responsible for all photos and content created with the App. I do not pre-moderate your content, but reserve the right to remove materials that violate the law or these terms.
Certain features of the App may require a subscription or one-time payment. All payments are processed via the App Store in accordance with Apple’s policies. For refunds or cancellations, please follow Apple’s instructions.
The App may display rewarded video ads via Google AdMob. A reward (e.g., feature unlock or counter reset) is granted only after a successful ad completion. Ad availability and content are provided by third parties and may vary.
The App is provided “as is”. I do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, absence of errors, or that it will meet your expectations. You use the App at your own risk.
I am not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.
I reserve the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. The latest version will always be available on this page. Continued use of the App means acceptance of any changes.
